Walt grew up in Northeast Philadelphia, near the Delaware River. As a youth, he often biked with friends to fish at Neshaminy State Park, watching boats pass by. His father introduced him to offshore fishing in Sea Isle City, NJ, sparking Walt’s lifelong love for the water. In 1985, he purchased his first boat, spending weekends waterskiing on the Delaware River.

Over the years, Walt’s interest and experience in boating expanded, and so did the size of his boats. After spending a decade fishing in the Indian River Bay, he now enjoys boating in the Upper Chesapeake Bay. With over 40 years of experience navigating waters like the Delaware River, Indian River Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and various local waterways, Walt has owned and operated boats ranging from a 16-foot ski boat to a 42-foot motor yacht.

Boating has brought him countless family vacations and adventures, cruising the Chesapeake Bay on club trips and personal excursions. After a successful career in sales and management, Walt now aims to help others find their perfect boat and enjoy life on the water as much as he does.
